Human Resource Assistant

Department: Human Resources
Location: El Paso, TX

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations, assist with recruiting, and maintain personnel records.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide employment information and ensure accurate completion of forms.
  • Assist with recruiting, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Process background checks and adverse action notices.
  • Prepare employee disciplinary documents and personnel files.
  • Submit new hire paperwork to payroll and corporate HR.
  • Answer employee and applicant inquiries, referring complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management (or 2+ years of relevant experience).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
